Overview

  This November we’re celebrating the clients who keep our business humming. Refer a friend to On the Flye between Nov 15 – Dec 15, 2025 and both of you will receive a holiday reward. Every successful referral also earns you an entry in our Grateful Homes Raffle — a chance to win 50% off your next clean plus an OTF Favorites Basket of seasonal must-haves. The raffle drawing will take place Dec 23, 2025 and will be posted on Dec 24, 2025

Who’s eligible

• Referrers that are currently On the Flye clients or have had a clean with On the Flye in the last 5 months.

• Referred friends must be new On the Flye clients (never before booked with OTF).

• The promotion is void where prohibited.

How to refer

1. Ask your friend to mention your full name when booking; or

2. Email info@ontheflyeclean.com with your full name and your friend’s contact details; or

3.  We’ll confirm the referral on file when the referred client completes and pays for their first service.

Rewards for referrer & friend

• Referrer: $25 credit applied to the referrer’s account after the referred client’s first paid clean is completed and paid. Credits are not stackable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. One credit per referral is applied to the earliest appointment applicable.

• Friend (new client): Choice of 10% off a Deep Clean or $20 off a 4-hour Introductory Clean.. This discount applies only to the referred client’s first paid clean and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Raffle mechanics

• Entry types:

  • One raffle entry for each booked & completed clean a referrer completes during the promotion window.

  • Plus one raffle entry for each successful referral (i.e., a referred friend who completes and pays for their first clean during the promotion).

• Limit: There is no cap on entries — enter as often as you qualify — but each entry must represent a legitimate, completed service or verified referral.

• Drawing & prize: Winner will be chosen at random Dec 23, 2025 and announced Dec 24, 2025. Prize: 50% off one future clean + an OTF Favorites Basket. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days, OTF may select another winner. Prize must be scheduled subject to crew availability and must be redeemed within 90 days of notification unless otherwise agreed. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Important scheduling & fulfillment notes

• Booking timelines: Deep cleans typically book 10–14 days in advance; shorter/smaller cleans usually book within about 7-10 days. Please plan accordingly.

• Availability: Credits and raffle prizes are subject to team availability and standard scheduling windows — holiday periods may require additional lead time.

• Cancellations / refunds: If the referred client’s qualifying first service is canceled, refunded, or otherwise not completed, the referral credit and raffle entry will be voided.
   

Verification, disputes & fraud prevention

• OTF reserves the right to verify referrals and disqualify any entry suspected of being fraudulent, duplicated, or created in bad faith.

• If two or more referrers claim the same referral, OTF will award credit to the referrer with the earliest verifiable claim (e.g., booking notes, timestamped email).

• OTF may require additional documentation to validate a referral or claim.
   

Other legal & practical details

• Credits and raffle prizes cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

• Credits and prizes may have tax implications; any tax liability arising from prizes is the responsibility of the recipient.

• By participating you consent to OTF contacting you about this promotion and, if you win, announcing the winner’s name on our website or social channels unless you expressly
