Service Prices

Weekly + Bi-Weekly Cleans

Our Residential Clients will be set up with recurring payment subscriptions based off of the frequency of their clean.

For all new clients we will set up an initial deep clean before starting this service.

Moving + Deep Cleans

Every new client will be set up with a deep clean. This ensures that the residence is up to our standard baseline for all future cleans. It is suggested that this happens 2 times a year.

Cost: $65/hr of labor.

Short Term Rentals

We calculate our STR cost by SQFT.

$.15/sqft is the baseline rate. Each bedroom and bathroom is an additional $20 and each half bath is $15.

Offsite laundry and trash removal is all included in this service.

Off-Site Trash Removal

If you are anything like the rest of us, going to the transfer station is at the bottom of the "things I'd like to do" list. Free up your time by letting us take out the trash!

There is a $20 removal fee for this service.

Off-Site Laundry

Let us take care of it for you!

This is a wash and fold service. We use quality, environmentally safe detergents that will keep your linens lasting longer without the risk of harsh chemicals.

Cost: $2.50/lb

*Explained: /hr of labor

/hr of labor is how we calculate the cost if there is more than one person at the site cleaning. If there are two people cleaning your space it will be the hourly rate x's 2. If your home is cleaned in an hour and there are two people there it will be $40 x 2 labor hours, bringing your total cost to $80.
